This is my dad. He’s ill with Lou Gherig’s disease or ALS. All the muscle in his body is slowly dying. At the moment he can’t move or speak. He probably won’t make it until Christmas. His mind is still sane ,so he’s trapped inside his own body.
Because ALS isn’t really a famous disease, not much research is done for it. That’s why it’s his goal to make his disease as well-known as possible. He’s been in several tv and magazine campaigns, and I thought to help my daddy a little :)
So please reblog and let everyone know this horrible disease exists! He would be really happy about it :)
Within 24 hours…
It’s funny what life will throw at you. Within 24 hours I found out that my life will change…for the better.
It’s time to put my girls and I number 1. It’s time to get myself healthy for me and so that I am a better mom to my girls, they are going to need me.
T and I had sooooo much fun tonight. I’ll never be able to explain what kind of night it was except EPIC! LBK was really dead for the longest time. So, T and I went bar hopping (if you want to call it that). We met up with some peeps that we have become friends with from LBK. We danced, sang and drank. We didn’t realize it but OMG some of the people we hang out with CAN DANCE!!! T and I would turn around every now and then and just be like OMG and then turn back around and be completely cool with it. Yep, it’s 415am and I have to be up in 3 hours but it was SOOO worth it! I absolutely LOVE these kinds of nights.

Had such a good day!!! My girls went fishing (they LOVE it!!) I went to my cousins little girls dance recital.
That totally brought back my dancing memories! I danced for 16 years. The crazy thing about it was that the dance company that I went to see today was my dance studios competition. It was a bit weird but all in all I was there for O and that’s all that mattered. Man, I love that little girl!! She did soooo good! I’m so happy I went. I would have taken my girls with me except it was almost $10.00/ticket and I honestly couldn’t justify that amount of money.
