So, in 8 1/2 hours I could very well be closing one huge chapter in my life. I’m hoping and praying that is the case. It is very bittersweet and I’m trying my hardest to not get too excited. There is certainly that chance that the girls dad will not agree to the counter offer and then court will have to be rescheduled…….yet again. 😞But I am holding out hope that my new life can officially begin in just a little over 8 1/2 hours.

BTW, I have the bestest ever boyfriend!!! It’s just past 2:30am and he’s waiting for my clothes to get done in the washing machine. 😊

Today was The Color Run. My boyfriend’s daughter and my 2 best friends and I had a BLAST! Can’t wait to do this again…already talking about another one this summer. 

After almost 3 months of not working. I started a ft job this past week. One week (first weeks always the hardest) down and hopefully many more to come. I haven’t felt this comfortable at a job in a long time. I feel like I fit right in. :-)

The girls are back at before/after school childcare so they are happy about that. Just trying to get through to the next day. 2 weeks from now it’s another big day…court. I could do w/o it but the sooner we go the sooner it’s one court date closer to it being over…going through this court crap for almost a year now.

I have about six 5K’s coming up over the next few months. It’s going to be a great time!

Fun times with A, my cousin and her boyfriend.

Last Friday was my bday. I received some of the best bday presents ever. :) my boyfriend and I went and picked up our treadmill (which I love and use it every.single.day). I also got some new running shoes but I’ll use them for zumba as well! :-)

I figured I would get some 5K’s in the works. Two weeks ago I signed up for the color run! I’m excited for that! This week I signed up for the electric run and also the dirty girl. I am so excited for these. The color run my boyfriends daughter will be participating in it with me. The electric run will be my bestfriends first ever 5K, I’m really excited for this 5K. And last but certainly not least the dirty girl mud run. My cousin and I will be getting down and dirty at this race. Actually it’s more of a fun mud run since its not timed or anything like that. We have our outfits already picked out, it’ll be a BLAST! I can’t wait!

So there’s a little update on what I have coming up over the next several months. :-)

I’m all signed up for The Color Run! I can’t wait! My boyfriends daughter wanted to do The Color Run with me so bad so I’m going to surprise her when I see her tomorrow and hand her her Color Run confirmation letter. =) it’ll be so much fun, I can’t wait!
